PRINCIPLE:

Through chelation and sedimentation technology, the tin in the waste liquid is sedimented, filtered, and recycled. The tailing liquid after tin deposition is added with nitric acid and related ingredients and becomes a qualified tin stripping liquid and continues to be returned to the production recycling line, thereby recycling tin waste and recovering tin.

1. The process performance is stable, simple operation, offline recycling, and regeneration treatment, docking production line switching using recycled liquid convenient operation;
2. The tin sedimentation reaction does not destroy the original components of the tin withdrawal liquid to achieve complete recycling. Tin mud price is high, containing tin can reach 35-45%, the market economic benefit is obvious;

3. The equipment has no other by-product waste generation, and the waste liquid can basically achieve zero discharge.
