PRINCIPLE:

By mixing the imported extractant agent with the etching waste liquid, the copper ions are adsorbed on the extracted oil and then separated from the oil phase through the liquid phase. The oil phase (extracted oil) reacts with sulfuric acid to form copper sulfate and finally enters the electrolytic cell. The extracted regeneration liquid is prepared and reused to the production line to reduce the specific gravity. The extracted oil after the reaction with sulfuric acid reacts with the etched waste liquid in the back extraction tank. A continuous cycle continues.
