PRINCIPLE:
According to the metal activity of iron is stronger than copper, metal iron reduces the divalent copper ion (Cu 2 +) in acidic copper waste liquid into elemental copper (copper powder), and the metal iron is oxidized into divalent iron ion (Fe2 +) into the solution, so as to realize the recovery of valuable metal copper in wastewater.

It is suitable for the treatment of low copper (copper ion 5-15g / L) wastewater, which the electrolysis system can not treat, but can be treated by iron replacement process.
