PRINCIPLE :

The equipment through the process route of ion membrane electrolysis to achieve the recycling of etching liquid and effectively convert copper ions into metal copper. The etching solution in the etching line is circulated into the electrolytic cell. Under the action of the current, the copper ions in the etching solution are reduced to copper metal, and the chlorine gas produced by the electrolysis is used back in the production line as an oxidizer, which improves the ORP of the etching solution and effectively reduces the amount of oxidizer added in the etching line. The tail water after electrolysis is added to the etch machine mother liquid under the control of the gravity controller, so as to effectively adjust the purpose of the etch mother liquid gravity. This process is on the basis of electrolytic copper extraction, and effective use of electrolytic by-products, so as to achieve the purpose of recycling waste etching solutions.

The chlorine gas generated by simultaneous electrolysis, after being reused in the production line, is absorbed by alkaline water to produce bleach, increasing the additional value of electrolysis by-products.

Note: There are chlorine gas monitoring devices in both the electrolysis workshop and the production workshop. When the chlorine gas is abnormal, the electrolysis equipment automatically stops operation, and the source of chlorine gas is cut off.
