PRINCIPLE:
Brown waste liquid is first through broken processing, and then through a special electro-product recovery device, micro corrosion liquid directly through a special electro-product recovery device, the process of electrolyte flow in the electrolytic cylinder with high speed, and by the addition can significantly improve the cathode electrochemical polarization organic additives, so as to achieve in the condition of high current density, the low copper waste liquid bivalent copper ions below 3.0g/l, while ensuring the final generation of cathode products for dense, plate, purity more than 99% of the cathode copper products.

Note: The micro-corrosion fluid is directly entered into the electrolytic treatment system without the blending tank. The blending tank is used for the collateral-breaking treatment of the brown nation fluid.
Process characteristics:
